I made these men's breifs from Simplicity number 9958. These two are cotton, dragons becuase Anthony likes dragons. I also made one from brown silk that he is wearing today so cant get a picture. I made three pairs in an hour. I plan to make 5 pairs for each of the boys, including Brent. Its one thing they will always use. They have real fly's inserted. Is that flies or flyes?

The bottom right pink shirt in the New Look pattern is the one I am making from the flowerery material. It will have the body parts in flowered and the contrast band in the lilac. I just love this type of t-shirt. Fancy but simple. The material is a really nice cotton/polyester blend. Very very soft and drapey. I am making it from muslin first since I dont have a clue how to guage the ease on this material. I have not made enough knit material garments yet to know. This is my first lesson. Everything I have made so far has been a lesson and I learn at least one new thing a day.
The Burda pattern for t-shirts has some great reviews on www.patternreview.com so I feel safe with it. I am making the short and long sleeved version for myself.

This is for me too from the Ottobre 2004 mag. I have discovered that in Euro sizing I am a 40 to 44 size. I have learned to use wax paper for copying the patterns and more about the metric system in order to sew from these books.
I am in agreement with all the other reviews, Ottobre is absolutely the best for fit, style and budgeting for my income. I am very happy that I subscribed for a year.

The bottom right jacket and pants, I have yellow velour to use for the jacket and a lighter yellow for the pants.
